I didn’t eat breakfast because I just don’t do that very often.
Lunch was lentils mixed with leftover buffalo chicken dip in a tortilla because OMG this dip is never-ending.
I also ate this fruit.
My afternoon pick-me-up was ice cream blended with TJ’s cold brew concentrate and it was glorious.
I routinely wait until I’m absolutely starving before I start making dinner, which leads to snacking while cooking. These were my SWC snacks:
Supper was potatoes roasted in schmaltz and onions and mushrooms (also cooked in schmaltz).
I was like “this is good but it needs something.” That something was cheese.
Dessert was a truffle thing and some milk.
