I didn’t eat breakfast but I did eat a salad around 11 pm with eggs in it so let’s call it “brunch.”
I snacked on some almonds throughout the day.
That evening, I went to yoga and almost fell apart.
Supper was leftover Nicholas.
I noticed my feet looked terrible so I soaked them while watching old Office episodes and eating chips and dip.
All in all, it was a pretty tame food day.
