The first thing I did was run a 5k.
After that, I had a “breakfast” of Diet Coke and pound cake because I am a pinnacle of good choices.
Lunch was a beef heart cheesesteak.
Snacks throughout the day included a frozen Snickers bar and Goldfish crackers.
That evening, Sean and I went to Beer Bunker for some evening libations. I had a sour because they are delicious but also don’t make me sneeze.
After that, we rodeo our bikes down to Division (about 4 miles away) for supper at Sunshine Tavern.
Dessert was Salt & Straw, tbh.
I’m usually very into Salt & Straw, but I was not impressed with their Sea Salt and Caramel. The coffee/bourbon flavor was really good though.
Then, our stomachs full of all of the things, we biked 4 miles back home.
I made a Campari and soda and drank it in the tub while watching Broad City.
