What Claire Ate: March 20th, 2015

Friday was pretty poorly planned. I knew I was going on a run, but only drank coffee and ate two hard-boiled eggs and some duck prosciutto. Not as a meal, but just throughout the day.

One peeled perfectly, the other was a stupid jerk.

The lack of water coupled with a large amount of protein in my stomach did not make for the most pleasurable run, but you live and you learn, I guess.

Sean had also gone for a run, and he returned from his with juices for us both, which was very nice of him

Then we went to Costco, where I impulse-purchased a seaweed quinoa salad, as one does in Costco on a Friday night. I then ate that salad.

    I’ve been following this blog for awhile and I absolutely love it!! I actually have a question for you though- could you talk sometime, either here or on xojane, about how you’ve been able to start and maintain your running routine, especially as someone who didn’t identify as a runner to begin with? I would like to start running, and I would really like to read more about your experiences.
