Breakfast was coffee only.
Lunch was a SALAD at Whole Foods.
Then I did a review of Sweetos, so I ate some of those.
I ran some errands, which took me to Trader Joe’s. I ate their sample of the day.
After arriving home and putting away groceries and little bowl and the other things I had bought, I realized I was a bit hungry. I knew I would be going to hot yoga in a couple of hours, so I didn’t want to eat anything heavy.
I also had some milk.
One hour before we were supposed to leave, I realized a was still hungry so I ate a cheese roll-up.
And some little pickles.
Then I went to a very grueling hot yoga class and almost passed out while in camel pose.
We got home around 10 and made a supper of two types of frozen TJ’s pasta. While preparing the meal, I snacked on various items.
Dessert was some of that no-bake cake.
