We had to take the dogs to get groomed, and while we were out we hit up the lunch specials at our favorite Chinese restaurant.

We went home to get some work done. Then Sean went and picked the dogs up. Angie looked so pretty and ladylike!

I knew I would be going to hot yoga at 7:30, so around 5 I had a turkey-hummus-carrot wrap. Instead of slicing the carrot, I just stuck a whole one in there. It worked fine.

I also had two clementines.

We then went to our first properly hot (105F) yoga class in over a year (for me at least). It’s weird, I hate being hot, but love hot yoga. Whatever.

Afterwards, we went to Whole Foods to get sesame oil, and I made a stir fry of my leftovers from earlier that day. I topped it with two duck eggs. It was heavenly.

So satisfying.

Then I had a bit of this nonsense.
