What Claire Ate: January 8th, 2015

I start the day correctly and drink about two glasses of lemon water. Then I go for a run (1.6 miles wooooo). Then I drink some iced coffee.

IMG_1713Lunch is some berries and a fairly involved salad.

Arugula, carrots, tuna, apple, almonds, cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and vinegar.

Then cramps overtake me and I spend most of the day on the couch, watching Friends and researching dog treat recipes.

For supper, Sean made beans and rice with a whole bunch of vegetables. I put mine in a tortilla.

And I had to start drinking.

  1. I have a similar alcohol consumption strategy when my husband and I play Mario Kart; even if I don’t improve, I do feel much better about losing ([drunk] practice makes perfect?).
