What Claire Ate: December 3rd, 2014

I think I had coffee, but there is no photo, so you’ll just have to take my word for it.

The first thing I ate was some elevated cheap ramen. I used some duck stock (that I made from the bones of my Chinese takeout), Chinese broccoli (also leftover) ginger, and onion.

Not avocado.

At some point, I had a cookie.

Then I went for a short run and prepared to make homemade pasta. I miscounted the eggs, and had to go to the store, so it seemed that dinner was going to take a little longer than planned.

I had this snack.

After much physical labor, pasta was made.

I wish I had a picture of the sauce (also homemade) or a picture of the sauce on the pasta, but I don’t. It was very good though.

During all the prep and cooking, I drank this can of wine.

After pasta, I had two beers and some peanut butter cups.
