December 1st could also be called “The Day of Tortillas” because pretty much everything I ate was either wrapped in a tortilla or just a plain tortilla.
First meal was quesadillas (with salami because it was there).
I had some coffee at some point.
Before going on a run, I had a plain tortilla as a snack.
Then I went for a run (1.5 miles, if you are interested).
Supper was black bean burritos.
Dessert was not in a tortilla, for it was two dark chocolate peanut butter cups with a glass of milk.
