Yeah. I skipped the weekend. I was in GA visiting family and I didn’t want to take pics of my food.
But I’m back now.
I started my day with cottage cheese with nutritional yeast but forgot to photo.
I know, not off to a strong start am I?
Lunch was tuna salad, sauteed carrots, and tomatoes.
Snack was coconut yogurt.
A later snack was apple with cheese and some burnt popcorn (not pictured).
THEN. I RODE MY BIKE FOR 4.5 MILES AND THEN RAN FOR A MILE AND A HALF.
I’m proud of me.
I had a beer after that, but did not take a pic because I didn’t have my phone.
Supper was eggs, potatoes, and carrots (again).
I had some more of that boxed wine.
And some chocolate.
Then I watched Doctor Who and cried for the rest of my life.
