Yesterday was all about carbs for some reason (some reason = mildly hungover from world cup and hot tub drinking).
Breakfast was toast with yeast and garlic salt.
Lunch was more carbs.
Snack was popcorn carbs.
For supper, I tried to add some veggies to the mix; I fried some polenta and topped it with tomatoes and things.
Then I had a tiny ice cream sandwich.
Then a bag of fruit.
Then this stuff that I had forgotten about.
I love carbs.
