What Claire Ate: June 16th, 2014

I’M BACK.

From many travels.

Let’s get back into it.

Yesterday I didn’t eat breakfast or drink coffee because traveling always upsets my stomach. My first meal was lunch and it was a much needed salad.

Topped with ACV, EVOO, and nutritional yeast.

I also had a kombucha. (This is the only flavor I like.)

Snack was Greek yogurt and TJ’s raw trail mix.

We went to our running group and were delighted to find that they were giving out coconut water!

A Trader Joe’s run was next. By this point I was starving so I inhaled several handfuls of this mess on the car ride back.

Dinner was a tuna sandwich that I like to call “The Breathalyzer” on account of the red onions and horseradish pickles.

And the tuna, obvs.

I followed that ish up with a glass of wine.

Some amazing pinot-soaked cheese:

4 out of 5 would inject into their eyeballs.

And then some stale Sour Patch Kids I got at the airport. You can tell they’re old because no blue guys; they added those like a month ago.

I like the chewy, stale ones anyway.
