I actually had food first thing, instead of just coffee, and found it to be pleasing.
I worked for a few hours, then had a salad of fresh corn, radish, onion, tomato, and cold chicken with a squeeze of lime.
I received a cookbook to review, and one of the recipes is “soured cream butter,” a precise mixture of butter, cream cheese, and sour cream.
It’s pretty great on everything, including my dinner.
Dessert was melon with black salt.
Later, I got snacky and wanted to try the sour butter stuff on bread.
I also had some chips, a bit of dark chocolate, and stole some of Sean’s hummus.
