What Claire Ate: April 3rd, 2014

I started making smoothies with leaves in them.

I’m not going to show you a pic of the smoothie itself because the cherry/kale combo looks vile when blended.

Lunch was a sweet potato with kale, chicken, broccoli rabe, labneh, liquid aminos, and nutritional yeast.

Just a pile of food.

Afternoon snack was Ak-Mak crackers with goat cheese and homemade pickles.

Some were more pickled than others.

Supper was cheese toast with two eggs, kale, and more nutritional yeast.

I'm really trying to eat more veggies.

Much much later (1 AM or so), I ate the other half of the sweet potato.

Not pictured because it just looks like a pile of orange mush.

I also ate this cereal because staying up late an wathching Brooklyn 99 will do that. (I watched 7 eps and I still didn’t think it was that funny, except for the foodie guy.)
