Remember that breakfast burrito? Yeah, I ate the rest of that.
For lunch I got a salad because I’m a balanced adult who values her body and its many abilities.
I had a bite of Sean’s pasta and chicken parm (which is just out of frame).
Then I ate this because it was there.
Several hours later, feeling peckish, I searched the fridge for a snack and found the remaining 1/3 cup of Pad Thai I had leftover from Saturday I think?
Later still, after some writing, I made some fromage fort because why not?
I had four of these.
I finished off a bottle of wine that needed finishing.
I discovered that the red wine glaze I had made the day before morphs into a fudge when chilled. This was a delightful discovery.
I set up a station of savory fillings. While setting it up, I ate two pieces of ham and two pieces of sopressata.
I also set up a sweet filling station.
I had two savory (one with ham, fromage fort, and onions; one with sopressata, fromage fort and onions).
It was pretty glorious.
