Bibbles, I just went to my nutritionist/Eastern medicine guy and apparently wheat, sugar, and dairy from cows are making me really phlegmy and gross.
I could handle no wheat ( I like rice and potatoes more anyway).
I could handle no sugar (sorta…I mean).
BUT MY CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE? I really really really really like cheese you guys.
And yeah, I should have used some commas in that sentence, but that should convey how distressed I am.
I could take the view of “Oh Claire, you’ve eaten so much cheese in your life, you can give it up for a few months until your healthier and less gross. Remember how you wanted to be healthy and have good skin and not have someone ask you if you have a cold EVERY SINGLE GOD-DAMN DAY?”
Yeah…I guess I remember that.
I’m going to be eating a lot of goat cheese.
